Tony is currently a resident DJ at Splash Bar and Boxers HK in Manhattan.
His passion for music started before he can remember. As a trained musician and vocalist, Tony's studies and performances give him a unique perspective and love of music that spans from one end of the musical spectrum to the other.
Tony Built's DJ career spans over 11 years, including residencies at XL Nightclub, Bartini, and The Ritz, in Manhattan. He was a resident DJ for Fire Island Pines, for 5 seasons, in multiple venues including the legendary Pavilion and the Blue Whale - ". . .his Sunday nights are an institution," according to NEXT Magazine.
Tony has also been producing music and video for Atlantis Events since 2004. On Atlantis cruises, you can find the Tony Built TV channel in your stateroom, and catch his remixes and mash-ups in the video bar as well.
Whether it's spinning for an elite event in the ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel or at nightclubs around the country and around the world, Tony Built has an unusual ability to read the energy of the room, connect with his audience and take them with him on a journey across different musical genres, like Dance, vocal-house, hip-hop, pop, and tribal.
